The product itself is excellent. It captures everything clearly. The design and durability stands out to everyone. The motion detection is very sensitive so set it to high so it doesn't go off frequently unless it's in the area you selected by drawing in outline. Storage is amazing also. One day it captured 72 small feeds and the next 92. However, I paid for the year subscription and now I don't have access to any feed. Rather I'm trying to view the camera or playback a video I missed. It wants me to repurchase a subscription. I just paid $29.99 today. Customer support is no help and there is no way to reach anybody by phone. I just canceled the subscription but I need my money back. Otherwise I need access to the feed. One or the other.
The purchased two of these cameras in 2024, and I can't remember if I'd written a review. If not, here we go. I will stick to facts and keep it simple.1. Video quality (1080p)both during the day and night vision and exceptional. I live in a rural area of Maine and its kinda dark out here and they capture everything that moves.2. Installation and set up of the product was very easy. It took me 5 minutes at the most. I would highly recommend the VIP video cloud package ($99 yearly), if you plan on having multiple devices.3. Cloud and storage capacity depends on the subscription of your choosing. But the only way to view your captured video or to use the playback feature. You must have a subscription.4. Last, remember to keep your bracket remove device in a place you will remember. If not, your phone SIM card removal device is the same tool.Highly recommend this product.
I wasn't sure if I was making a great decision when I bought this doorbell camera, but if you are someone like me reading through these reviews trying to decide if you will take the leap and buy this, let me tell you, just buy it. This is worth it. I wanted a camera just as a little extra layer of security and it is so easy to put up you have two options on how to put it up which is really convenient. The picture is very clear, and the night vision works well. It even has an audio component. The battery lasts about a week, so there are no complaints there, and it alerts you when it's time to be charged. I put in a picture so you can see how clear the video is.
I am very impressed with this product thus far. It had super vast delivery, and setting it up was as easy as it could get. So far the quality of this video doorbell is great. I love that it has options as far as the motion detector sensitivity, and I love that I can share access of the camera in the app with multiple people, and how simple the actual app is to use. I am also impressed with how affordable the cloud storage is as well. I am still figuring out all the options and functions of working this device, but so far so good! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Doorbell Camera, I don't like that the battery has to be recharged weekly.
For $10 I do not regret this camera at all! The camera is very HD, not ultra sensitive to random objects, overall a great purchase!
So far so good. Bought this about a month ago. Works perfect. Rechargable Battery has extremely long life: after 25 days battery is still at 32%. Excellent value buy !
Great quality everything is so clear, alerts immediately of any motion. Only thing is that when you try to live view it takes a min to load and by that time that person is gone so you have to go to the recordings to see. But overall love the camera.

Five stars for this lil sucker. Easy to set up, I can see all the snakes that pass my door. It gives me more sense of security and even without subscription you can see snips of activity. Its perfect.

Awesome! The battery really lasts over a month, and for the price, it's a fantastic choice. I definitely recommend it! (Just a heads-up though, you'll need a subscription to watch the videos or the live camera feed.)

You can't go wrong with this doorbell for the price. Battery version lasts about 2 weeks, give or take. Would recommend. And no, you don't need to pay to see who's at the door.

Detects night vision well an sensor well .Works well we are able to see when someone rings the door bell or leave a package we can see footage new an old of our back yard full screen and front lawn an car quality good sound is good distance of view good I recommend.have to purchase space to replay and save footage.
